What is included in the price of the shirt(s)?
Free logo set up and digitizing. Free one location embroidery: Maximum logo size 4"x4" and 10,000 stitches (average logo size). Maximum 10 colors. We pay U.S.A. destination shipping when $120.00 or more of embroidered goods are purchased in a single pre-paid transaction.

To order online using our shopping cart:
1. Select a product from the site and press add to cart.
2. Fill in the sizes and colors in the information box. Adjust quantities in the shopping cart.
3. Please submit your logo by following the art submission instructions at the bottom of each product page on our site.
4. We will send you a jpeg digitized preview of how your logo will look embroidered via email within 72 hours of receiving         your logo and ship your shirt within 7 days of your approval of the digitized art. If you need something faster please let us         know. We will make every effort possible to meet your deadline.

How long does it take to process my order?
We ship all custom design logo orders within ten working days. We schedule three days art and seven embroidery days to fit our production schedule. We notify the customer as soon as possible if there is a delay for any reason. This the way a normal order works: We receive the logo via email and digitize it within three working days. We then send the digitized logo to the customer in jpeg format, as it will embroider, for review. We schedule embroidery and ship the finished product within seven working days of the customers's digitizing approval. In the case a customer needs the product sooner we make every effort to meet the customer's request. Reorders that do not require additional art ship in seven working days or less.

What is your guarantee?
We guarantee the quality of the embroidery and the quality of the apparel purchased. The return policy applies specifically to quality defects only. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the shirt (defective shirt) or embroidery (defective embroidery) we will replace defective items or refund your money, at our discretion, upon return of the shirt(s) (excluding shipping charges). Returns of non defective goods because of fabric weight, style or sizing are not accepted. Returns of goods that have been embroidered in accordance with customer approved art and are not defective are not accepted. Returns of goods because of logo placement are not accepted unless placement of the logo or names was specifacally stated to be different than industry standard at the time of the order. Returns of hand customized goods are not accepted. Please order a test shirt to check sizing, fabric weight etc.. before placing orders of quantities of 25 or more. Returns of goods sold below the prices listed on our web site are accepted on a case by case basis only and solely in the case of defective quality. Returns after seven days are accepted on a case by case basis only, solely at the discretion of Casa Maria U.S.A. Returns of non defective goods are not accepted. All returns must have a return authorization number. We are interested in long term satisfied customers. and committed to being reasonable and fair. Customer satisfaction is the key to our success and we will do everything possible to achieve that goal. If you're not satisfied with the quality of the shirt and embroidery we'll refund your money upon receipt of the shirt back from you (excluding actual shipping charges).

I am looking to order 40 shirts is there a discount?
The prices on our site are firm. Many embroidery shops legitimately charge a setup charge and an embroidery application fee based on the amount of stitches in the requested logo. These shops then discount their embroidery charges based on volume ordered. We offer free one location embroidery and free logo setup off the top and then we pay shipping if the customer orders $120.00 or more of goods. We give all the discounts up front leaving nothing else to cut. We have made every effort to make our prices as competitive as possible while maintaining the highest quality standards and a quality guarantee. We do extensive market research and believe our prices are very competitive at all qualities when all factors ( shipping, setup, embroidery, service, quality and the ability to reorder additional pieces at the same cost with no minimum order ) are factored in.

I need embroidery In a second location, how much does that cost?
We have to charge for second location embroidery because machine time and additional risk compel us to cover our expenses. Cost: Text only 2.00 per line (text 1/4 vertical line 3.6 horizontal). Additional logo and text $5.00 each application and an additional $25.00 setup fee up to 10,000 stitches. Quantity discounts on second logo application are available when 24 pieces or more is purchased Contact us. We charge $2.00 per name for individual names on the opposite chest. We charge $3.00 per individual name embroidered on a sleeve or combined with a logo.

Do you offer jacket back embroidery?
Yes, by quote only. Email us.

Do you offer digitizing services for use by other embroiderer?
No. We create the highest quality digitized designs available anywhere for the exclusive use of our embroiders to fulfill our customers high quality logo wear orders. We do not sale or release digitized designs created by our highly skilled digitizers under any circumstances.

How do I return goods I am not satisfied with under your guarantee?
We are eager to make you a satisfied customer. Please call us at 1-814-637-5037 for a return authorization number.
